If you have to deal with bpm, this can help you aquant yourself w/ the terms, etc. For instance, after reading this, I realized that when IBM said "user interface" they didn't mean GUI but some kind of process.

I used to work on a workflow tool (the process designer GUI). At the time, we also had peeps modifying the GUI through to the process engine running into issues around what they should display to process participants. That's a useful list to keep in mind.

I'm just still trying to get my head wrapped around it. :D After talking to IBM yesterday, I'm pretty sure the user interface is where I manage and create the process and the Business Space is the front end and I build it with the process manager.
